How this website handles your information.

This notice covers the Visionworx website. We keep it short because the site collects very little. The Visionworx platform you sign in to has its own policy at vision-worx.com/legal.

1. Who we are

Visionworx runs this website and is the controller of the personal information described here. You can reach us about anything in this notice at hello@vision-worx.com.

2. What we collect when you contact us

The demonstration and enquiry form on our contact page sends your request to the Visionworx team by email, through our email delivery provider, Resend. We receive what you wrote: your name, work email, company, the parts of the platform you are interested in and your message. If the form cannot send, it opens your own email app with the request written out instead, and nothing reaches us until you press send there.

We use it to reply, to arrange and give a demonstration, and to follow up on it. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us, and taking steps at your request before any agreement. We keep it for as long as we need it for that, and for any work that follows, and no longer.

3. Cookies, tracking and analytics

This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. Our fonts, images and films are served from the site itself, so opening a page does not contact any other company.

The site stores one small item in your browser: the time you last saw the opening animation, so it plays once rather than on every visit. It never leaves your device, and clearing your browser data removes it. If we add analytics, we will update this notice first.

4. When you visit

Like any website, the company that hosts ours processes technical details such as your IP address, browser and the pages requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure. We do not use these details to identify you.

5. Who else handles it

We use service providers to run the website and our email. They act on our instructions and are not allowed to use your information for their own purposes. Some are based outside the UK, and where that means your information leaves the UK, it is protected by the safeguards UK law requires. We never sell personal information.

6. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to or restrict how we use it, and receive a copy to take elsewhere. Write to hello@vision-worx.com. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

7. Changes

If we change how the website handles information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
